Birmingham Growth Predicted Through 2019

As the national economy recovers, Birmingham continues to show its strength in the housing market. And now with new reports published, Rob Hale, the president of MarketGraphics Southeast, has even more good things to say about the future of Birmingham and surrounding housing markets!

MarketGraphics Research Group, Inc. is a home market research company that provides homebuyers and industry professionals with valuable insight on market trends and statistics. Their research is unique to communities like Ross Bridge because they focus solely on newly built homes and new home construction.

In his keynote presentation, Hale notes that “in five years, we believe we’ll use up 20,000 lots in the Birmingham area.  We need 14,000 lots developed in Birmingham in the next five years.  That’s very encouraging.”  Essentially, Hale believes that the recovery has only just begun in our area and that we’ll continue to see marked improvements through 2019, at least.  This is quite a bold statement to make, but we can’t say we’re not excited by the thought of Birmingham’s real estate market improving even more!

While these are only predictions, they are calculated using reliable research and historical market patterns. As we’ve written about again and again, this area is on an upswing and is becoming more popular among homebuyers, so it’s no surprise that Rob Hale makes the predictions he does.

The Ross Bridge community is a timeless example of new home communities that are drawing more to the region.  Homes like the ones in our three unique neighborhoods are in high demand.  Beautifully built houses that sit alongside a course on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, with an array of amenities and resort-style features are bound to be popular! All in all, Ross Bridge is truly the epitome of a golf resort community!

All types of homebuyers can find a space at Ross Bridge that’s right for them. With an exceptional selection of different models, everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned market veterans will feel confident and happy moving into their new home.  As the market continues to improve, especially in Birmingham and the surrounding areas, even more people will choose this remarkable region as their home!
